{"id":9670,"date":"2015-01-20T19:58:51","date_gmt":"2015-01-20T19:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.roxanaphotography.com\/?p=9670"},"modified":"2015-05-05T00:09:15","modified_gmt":"2015-05-05T00:09:15","slug":"photographers-honing-their-craft-vancouver-wedding-photographer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.roxanaphotography.com\/new\/2015\/01\/photographers-honing-their-craft-vancouver-wedding-photographer\/","title":{"rendered":"Photographers Honing Their Craft"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A couple of days ago, a few photographer friends and I went to beautiful<a href=\"http:\/\/whytecliffpark.com\"> Whytecliff Park<\/a> in West Vancouver to practice various skills, take some great photos of each other and have fun!\u00a0For those that haven&#8217;t been there, <a href=\"http:\/\/whytecliffpark.com\">Whytecliff Park<\/a>\u00a0is a few minutes away from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver and INCREDIBLY photogenic. SO much to photograph! A lot of couples prefer to do engagement sessions at Whytecliff Park for obvious reasons .. there are a lot of striking rocks and wild scenery as well as beautiful trees .. if the tide is out, you can walk unto a beautiful big rock and get some great wide shots.<\/p>\n<p>We were quite the troopers as it started to rain (of course it did!) but we made the most of it and had fun incorporating the scenery into some great shots. I also practiced my double exposure (not a bad start, but I have much to learn!). I&#8217;m going to have some fun practicing this, for sure. Can&#8217;t wait for round two!! If any other photographers are interested, feel free to join us, maybe the photographer field trip will become a regular occasion ;)<\/p>\n<p>This field trip consisted of me, Tanja Aelbrecht from <a href=\"http:\/\/jelgerandtanja.com\">Jelger and Tanja Photographers<\/a>, Camilla Anchisi from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.camillaanchisi.com\">Camilla Anchisi Photography<\/a>\u00a0and Katie Powell from <a href=\"http:\/\/katiepowellblog.com\">Katie Powell Photography<\/a>.
