{"id":11564,"date":"2016-03-27T08:23:44","date_gmt":"2016-03-27T08:23:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.roxanaphotography.com\/?p=11564"},"modified":"2016-03-27T19:23:05","modified_gmt":"2016-03-27T19:23:05","slug":"roxy-and-tashas-adventures-vancouver-wedding-photographer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.roxanaphotography.com\/new\/2016\/03\/roxy-and-tashas-adventures-vancouver-wedding-photographer\/","title":{"rendered":"Roxy and Tasha&#8217;s Adventures"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Roxy and Tasha&#8217;s Adventures<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s been three months since Christopher and I have adopted the lovely Miss Tasha from the West Vancouver SPCA and I&#8217;m a girl in love, more and more each day. The love I have for animals runs so very deep &#8230; someday I would love to have a farm and have many different animals, all coexisting in happy, innocent love. The love I&#8217;m developing for Tasha is something else :) Tasha has had a hard life (we&#8217;re her fifth home) and every time I look at her, I&#8217;m blown away by how well behaved and social she is given everything she&#8217;s been through. I genuinely cannot believe someone would give her up again and again. Christopher\u00a0and I feel ridiculously lucky to have found her and to click so well with her from the very beginning. She is such a good listener and such an amazing walker. She genuinely loves everyone and is excited to meet anyone new. She is easy to walk and incredibly loyal. She is also a giant lapdog and we wouldn&#8217;t have it any other way. We have so much fun together, her and I, and I can&#8217;t wait to have many more adventures as we grow as a new family. I wish I had known her in her younger years but I&#8217;m most definitely going to cherish her older ones. If anyone wants to go on walks with us, we&#8217;re down! ;)<\/p>\n<p>On a side note, I can&#8217;t begin to express how much I recommend adopting a senior pup. They are amazing puppies that are often ignored over the young ones &#8230; they have such a ridiculous amount of love to give and they are often already trained, with way less energy than young pups. I struggled with the decision as I didn&#8217;t want to get attached to an older dog only to feel bad about the short time we&#8217;ll have together, but I feel in my heart it was the right decision. I can&#8217;t imagine better company while I work than miss Tasha the pup.<\/p>\n<p>The following photos are from a beautiful day at the park with our dear visiting friend Barbara, the amazing photographer behind <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barbararahal.ca\/\">Barbara Rahal Photography<\/a>\u00a0in Edmonton, Alberta at one of our places to visit, Vancouver&#8217;s Everett Crowley Park. Barbara\u00a0is so incredibly talented and fun and she managed to get some amazing shots of my puppy and I, being ourselves and enjoying each other&#8217;s company and the beautiful BC trees. And having fun. A lot of fun. Thank you, Barbara, I will cherish these images forever.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love.
