In March of 2014 I went to Europe, specifically to visit my family and friends in Romania. Before Romania, I spent a week in Italy (some of those photos still to come) and after Romania, I spent a blissful week in Turkey. I am so crazy about Turkey and could return again and again. The food is amazing, the people are so incredibly warm and friendly, the culture is beyond interesting, the history plenty and the scenery .. well, that’s a whole other story. This time, I spent four amazing days in beautiful, charming Cappadocia, with its rock formations, hot air balloons and tales of the many civilizations that have passed through its doors at one point or another. While there, I made some wonderful friends and took some of my favourite photos ever. Luckily, I was also there at a time of not much tourism, making the beautiful scenery even more serene and peaceful.
